Thank you to everyone who was able to join us at last night’s Volunteer & Donor Appreciation Reception. It was a wonderful evening celebrating the many accomplishments of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island and recognizing the incredible individuals who make our mission possible. We were honored to celebrate our scholarship recipients, recognize our Big of the Year, and present our very first Volunteer of the Year Award to our Board Member, Heather Bowen-Leaver for her outstanding dedication and service to our organization and the youth we serve. Most importantly, the evening was an opportunity to reflect on the impact we have achieved together through the power of mentoring. Your support, generosity, and commitment continue to help ignite the power and promise of young people across Long Island.
